The admission fee and tuition fee, once paid, are non‑refundable under any circumstances. Any request for a refund due to withdrawal of admission must be made in writing to the Administrative Office. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per KMBB CET rules and prevailing guidelines of the University/ AICTE/ OJEE/ regulatory bodies.
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by KMBB College of Engineering & Technology (KMBB CET), students will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that specific course. The refund process may take up to 30 working days from the date of the cancellation notification.
If a student wishes to withdraw after admission, the refund of fees (if applicable) will be processed as follows:
Hostel & Other Fees Hostel fees are refundable only if the student cancels before occupying the room. Once occupied, hostel fees are non‑refundable. Miscellaneous charges such as library, transport, examination, and registration fees are non‑refundable.
If a payment is deducted from the student’s account but not credited to KMBB CET due to a technical issue, the student must report it within 7 days with proof of transaction. The institute will verify and process the refund accordingly.
Refund Processing Time & Mode All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment or to the student’s bank account as provided during the refund request.
